Hog Information Sheet- This is a form that provides you with information about the different cuts that can be produced.
Hog Weight Sheet-This is an informational sheet that will provide you with information to estimate how much packaging weight you should have compared to the live or hanging weight of your hog.
Hog Cut Sheet- This is the cut sheet that will be used by 5R Custom Meats. You can print this form off, fill it out, and bring it with you to 5R when you bring your got in to be harvested.
Processing Fees
$50.00- Slaughter Fee
$30.00- "Trailer Knock" (additional, if required)
$75.00- Slaughter & Chill Only

$0.95- USDA Inspected Processing
$0.10- Quarter Fee (matching only)
$0.50/finished LB- Portion Cutting
Value Added Fees
$1.25/LB- Smoked & Cured Meats
Packaging/Labeling Fees
$30/label- Custom Labeling (one time setup fee)
$0.10/label- Additional label or stickering (labels/stickers provided by customer)
*Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be charged 10% storage fee.*
