External link opens in new tab or windowBeef Cut Sheet-  This is the cut sheet that will be used by 5R Custom Meats. You can print this form off, fill it out, and bring it with you to 5R when you bring your beef in to be harvested.

$0.95- USDA Inspected Processing

$0.10- Quarter Fee (matching only)
$0.50/finished LB- Portion Cutting

Value Added Fees
$1.25/LB- Smoked & Cured Meats
$0.50/LB- Fajita/Stew/Kebab Meat/Minute Steak

Packaging/Labeling Fees
$30/label- Custom Labeling (one time setup fee)
$0.10/label- Additional label or stickering (labels/stickers provided by customer)
